FAQ

Do you have all day breakfast or brunch menu?

We do offer brunch menu on the weekend starting at 12.15pm until 2.30pm. Be aware we do not offer the brunch menu on Mother’s Day and Father’s Day

Does your venue offer BYO? 

No, we do not. However, we are fully licensed 

Is your food halal? 

Yes, we are fully halal certified

Can I be guaranteed a specific table in a restaurant?

We are unable to guarantee specific tables, however we can make a special request and our team will do their best to accommodate on the day.

What is your booking policy?

All reservations for breakfast and lunch are based on a 1.5hrs seating durations starting at the commencement of your reservation time. However, seating duration up to 45minutes for guests joining for coffee only. Please advise in advance if you need longer seating duration.

An 8% service charge applies for group of 10+ and we do not accept split payments

An up to 1.9% card surcharge applies to all bills.

A 10% Surcharge on Sunday & 15% on Public Holidays applied

One Gift card per table


What is your cancellation fee policy?

  • A reservation for up to 10 guests can be cancelled 24hrs prior to the reservation, to avoid a cancellation fee
  •  A reservation of 10 guests or more can be cancelled up to the 5 days window, to avoid a cancellation fee
  • For no shows or late cancellations within the 24hr time frame or with the 5 days for group reservations, you will be subject to a fee of $25 per person that will be applied to the credit card on file
  • If you are running late for your reservation, please ensure you contact the restaurant. After 20 minutes the booking is not guaranteed if not notified

What should I do if I have a severe and dangerous allergy?

We cannot guarantee 100% against cross-contamination in the kitchen. If your allergy is very dangerous, we recommend not taking the risk. All guests with an allergy are reminded to bring their epi-pen as an additional precaution and please advise us at the time of booking and your waitstaff on the day.

Can I BYO a cake to any of your venues?

Yes, we accept cakes from external companies, but we will have to be notified prior. There will be a cakeage fee of $3.5pp applies.
